At the election of POA Properties LLC, in the event a dispute shall arise between yourself and POA Properties LLC as to our respective rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement, it is agreed that such disputes shall be exclusively resolved pursuant to binding arbitration under the commercial rules of the American Arbitration Association, and in accordance with the United States Arbitration Act (Title 9, U.S. Code) with arbitration to be held in Carson City, Nevada. This provision shall not prevent POA Properties LLC, from seeking preliminary or permanent injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. Upon notification of POA Properties LLC, to elect arbitration, any dispute shall be immediately stayed and referred for binding arbitration regardless of the nature or progress of the proceeding. The decision of the arbitrator shall apply the express intentions of the parties set forth in this Agreement and the laws of the State of Nevada, including, without limitation, any applicable statutes, regulations and binding judicial decisions, as such would be applied by the courts of the State of Nevada. You also agree to pay all costs of the arbitration proceeding initiated by you, including attorneys' fees and witness expenses. Any wording, procedure or statement in this agreement that is prohibited by the laws of its jurisdiction, will not void any of the other parts of this agreement as a whole or in part. Placing an order with POA Properties LLC constitutes your agreement to be bound by the terms of this page, and you also acknowledge that any membership, subscription, or access fees  are not refundable in whole or part, and that all sales are final. We are only obligated to provide to you what we advertise and nothing else. If you do not think that you will be satisfied with what is advertised, then do not place an order.
